1. Professional Development
The provider is Definition Music Limited, trading as Product Marketing Career Accelerator (PMMCA). PMMCA provides 1:1 coaching with Harvey Lee for experienced product marketers who want to find their next role, progress in their current role or build a consultancy.

PMMCA does not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, compensation changes, or job placement. Individual results vary based on role, organisation, engagement, and application.

2. Educational / Coaching Nature of Content
All content, coaching, and guidance provided through PMMCA is for educational and professional development purposes only.

Any examples, frameworks, or recommendations are intended to support decision-making and skill development and should be applied with professional judgement within the context of your organisation.

3. Employer Reimbursement
Employer reimbursement availability varies by organisation and is subject to internal approval policies. PMMCA provides supporting information to assist with reimbursement requests but cannot guarantee employer approval.

4. Coaching Fees, Duration & Cancellation
Each coaching path costs $1,000 per month and is billed monthly.

Land Your Next Role: a fixed three-month programme, paid in three monthly payments, after which coaching and billing end.

Earn the Promotion and Build Your Consultancy: a three-month minimum, then continuing month to month until you give Harvey 30 days’ notice.

Two-session exit: if coaching isn’t working after your first two sessions, tell Harvey and you won’t be billed again. This applies to all three paths and is an exception to the three-month commitment.

These arrangements do not limit any cancellation or other rights you have under applicable law.

5. Coaching Sessions
Coaching is delivered by Harvey Lee through two one-hour video calls each month, arranged in advance, with actionable follow-up notes after each session. Land Your Next Role includes six sessions over its three-month programme.

You’ll sign a short coaching agreement before your first session.

6. Private Support & Resources
Coaching includes a private Slack channel with Harvey, the Career Builder course library, including the Job Seeker course, and frameworks and templates available on demand in Notion. Land Your Next Role also includes unlimited reviews of your CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile and applications between sessions.

Access to the Slack channel and library included with coaching ends when coaching ends. Earlier purchases are covered by section 8.

Communication should remain constructive, respectful and professional.

7. Jurisdiction & General
PMMCA is operated from the United Kingdom. Any disputes or claims arising from participation in PMMCA shall be governed by UK law.

8. Earlier Purchases
These terms describe the current 1:1 coaching offer. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms and access entitlements agreed for those purchases, including any previously agreed lifetime course access.
